About us

Matison Enterprise homes are produced indoors at a state-of-the-art factory in Latvia, in a carefully controlled environment with focus on high production safety. The factory was established in 1992 and has produced hundreds of beautiful buildings in the Nordics since then. Everything from windows and doors to kitchens, wall panels and floors is produced at the same factory.

Our Modular construction method

We have taken the next logical step in innovation and service and are offering our customers bespoke modular timber frame houses. All the design and manufacturing work happens at our plant, and the modules are easily assembled on your construction site. Depending on your requirements, we can also include interior fittings and fixtures – down to the very last detail. Mechanical and electrical fittings as well as internal and external finishes are all manufactured in our quality-controlled factory environment to your specifications. This is the most sustainable form of construction, delivering top thermal efficiency using highly safe methods and providing the same benefits as a traditional timber frame. Best of all, our modular method guarantees a fixed price and a reliable completion date.
